Will I gain much weight after slightly “binging” for two days?
The past two days I have sort of “binged” since I was at a baseball game and am now on my period. Im 5′4″ and 124 pounds. My friday’s consumption was 1 serving of Kashi’s GoLean Crunch, 2 servings of chips, Lean cuisine shrimp and angel hair pasta with salad, ice cream, then ice cream at the game, peanuts, and Nerds candy and also 1 slice of pizza. And today’s was McDonalds filet o fish, sushi, ice pop, 1 pieces mushroom pizza, watermelon. I usually dont eat like this, and i excercise everyday with cardio kickboxing, weight training, and karate. I also usually eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Will I gain a lot of weight by eating that much in a two day period?
No, but you’ll have a lot of indigestion! It takes longer than 2 days, even of constant eating, to gain weight. Many women binge before their periods. If you do this on a monthly basis, you might want to see a physician as there are medications to help decrease premenstrual bingeing.
