Bass Fishing Season Michigan

That would be a good rod and reel for me especially to catch salmon river in the Midwest?
I live on Lake Michigan and not a some rivers flowing into it very clear that I enjoy fishing with me, mostly catching fish like bluegill bread and sometimes serious. I need better pole (the mine is cheaper) and the coil, but for the salmon season to come! How much should I expect to pay? I 5'8, but I do not like long sticks prefer a shorter one. However, I said it was necessary to use long sticks from 12 footers to fish for salmon, this is not true, right? I'm looking to not pay more than $ 75 in reality. Also, what is the best bait (eggs right) or lures to fish for salmon? What should I look for when buying a stake, that the weight limit and other things? And what is the strongest line? Thank you and sorry for all the questions!
I used, and salmon caught 6 and 6 1 / 2 "Spinning. Bars, because they help the tire, the fish faster, and I can throw farther with a longer rod. Check your nearest Gander Mt store a spinning rod with reel. Look for the coil to hold at least 200 meters. 12 and 14 pound test. Salmon can run and plenty of off-line. You can use the braids, like Spider Wire, Test heavier book, and have a diameter less than the same book test monofilament line, but it is expensive. I got lucky with bags seeds (salmon eggs and trout related to the mesh) and casting Little Cleo and KO Wobblers. I would like to see a reed with half a medium heavy. As for the strongest line is probably one of the braided cords. If you have any questions, you can check my profile and send me an email. If you feel like a road trip, there is a Bass Pro Shop in Portage, Indiana, and my a Cabela 20. more. Both have an excellent selection rod and reel combos.
