Flats Sneaker Boat
What is best for an obese person to use? Flip flops, clogs, shoes or barefoot?
I mean me, of course. I 22, weighs 315 pounds, and I'm "6'0. Recently I have been diagnosed as obese and have flat feet for some time. After being on my feet for some time, of course it hurts, and I want to know what would be better for me to wear. Flip flops, clogs, shoes (sneakers, "boat" shoes, etc), or simply walking barefoot (as possible)? Oh, and I am losing weight. I was 340 for some time.
Good for you in losing weight! I'm working on weight loss too. I want to lose about 40-50 pounds. In any case, or more would be comfortable sneakers. They keep your feet, and have more cushion. Me would go with sneakers. I hope I helped! good luck for the weight loss!
