bug bit the ear can hurt your horse?
My horse has never had problems with their ears touched me. Today I touched the back of his ears and leaned his head out of me, so I'm sure it hurts to touch it. I looked in his ear and had dried blood from insect bites. (Before when I saw a lot of mosquitoes flying around, so I bought a fly mask with ears. After the flies were gone, I stopped putting in the mask.) insect bites may cause or what could be an ear infection. Answers appreciated. If it is caused by the bites, what should be done to heal faster.
