Union via Wisdom (Jnana Yoga)
Jnana Yoga Jnana means wisdom and Union means the Divine Wisdom.

Overcoming the ego
All knowledge is a triple (Thraigunya Vishaya Veda "). In psychoanalysis Freud we have three pulses, Id, Ego and Superga. The Vedanta Satwa, Rajas and Tamas to match these impulses.
The mind is still plagued three pulses. Sometimes we rajasic (world) and go after wealth. When the intense anger and the handful of other negative emotions, we are thamasic. When divine qualities like love and peace affect us, we Satwic (divine).
The ego with his ten heads (symbolized by the ten heads of Ravana) is the main obstacle to achieving Self_Actualisation. The ten leaders of the self are lust, anger, pride, greed, sloth, greed, attachment, mind, intellect, proficiency and selfish mentality. When we do our yoga we will be attacked by three types of ego. Rajasic (Worldwide) thamasic (animal) and Satwic (noble). To overcome the three types of ego, we are given certain commandments.
"My Karmani the Sanghostha" – (That there is in you any attachment to inaction.) This commandment is given that we can overcome thamasic (animal) ego.
"My Karma Phala Heturbhoo" – ("Do not expect a reward) This commandment is given to protect against the Rajas (worldwide) it continues to expect reward for work.
"Sukruta Ubhe Dushkrute "(" Be "beyond good and evil") This commandment is given to overcome the Ego Satwic therefore should not cling to Punya (merit divine).
In other words, during the process of Yoga, we will be bombarded by all sorts of negative thoughts. Our goal is to identify the source of all thought, the ego. We will find, as we move forward on the path of yoga, we let negative thoughts slowly and steadily. Conquer our negative aspect is not easy. The elements negative of man are the true villains. Unique, powerful, cruel and terrible are black forces that benefit from the reign of the night, ignorance and want no change in the body. We have to destroy one by one.

The negative method in the Upanishads

The great battle between good and evil that has been described by poets (The Iliad, the Odyssey, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, etc.) is actually the great war going on within the man between the conflicting forces of good and evil, being stay in the eternal struggle. Utlimately positive elements – the truth, the Dharma, Peace, Love and discriminative intellect to prevail over the negative elements within us and we will be transmuted divine in man. This is the last formula Wisdom – the transmutation of divine man!
Yoga and divine alchemy
Alchemy is the science transmutation of base metals into gold. Yoga is the divine alchemy transmute base metals while (human nature) gold (divine nature).
Scientifically, alchemy is possible. Proton bombardment, the atomic number of any element can be increased to form another element. So, in theory, any element which can become Aurum (gold).
Alchemy is the transmutation symbolic and physical, means here. Divine Alchemy is the ultimate formula that to be transmuted into the Divine Being-Knowledge-Bliss!
That is what the ancient yogis means transmutation, transformation and transfiguration!
