Wet Fly Trout
What are the good fishing lures / baits for control of species?
As a fishing boat "peak", I am fishing in a brackish water lake infested with tons of fish! The striped bass, alewife (shad), salmon, speckled / Rainbow Brown, perch and plaice. No pike walleye or lake trout in the lake. I am interested in knowing some good ideas of the bait. Until now I have: Nightcrawlers on a treble hook, Rapala crank baits, lures, power, synthesis and small dead fish PowerBait dough and preserved egg (little success) and Yum! locusts. Any suggestions of what I can use? I bought and rooster tails lures SPDET to try, PS (I'ma big lunker, bass world record was caught in this area before.) I would try bird with a heavy wet bar spin casting. Suggestions? The area is northeast of Cape Breton, Canada.
